2015 Ford Focus SE 2.0 - I would like to be educated on my vehicle cooling system. Where are ALL the sensors and what turns on the radiator fan ?

Radiator fan motor appears to be fine, can by pass everything and give it voltage and it operates. But ultimately it doesn’t come on, on its own. Tried jumping out relay, won’t start. First I would like some confirmation on how many and were ALL the cooling system sensors are ?
Also how can I Hotwire my fan to be on right now until I figured out why the radiator fan is not running at all. Have gone through all the regular stuff. What sensor ultimately brings on the radiator fan ?

I have the same issue I ran a hot wire from the battery to a switch in the cab to the fan to run them it works great just don't forget to cut it off or dead battery lol 🤣

Also use a good switch with at least 30 amp
