How do you Bleed 4 port MasterCylinder w/Pressure-Control/Reduction Valves

Hello,
07FordFocusSES, 4port MC w/ two Pressure-Control/Reduction Valves on rear brake lines, attached resevoir sealed except for forward facing nipple used for external resevoir connector.
How to bleed please.
