Wheel Rubs on Fender Doing a Sharp Left

This randomly started happening recently.

The victim is my right front fender. It's not bent or installed incorrectly. I'm honestly not sure why this started happening.

I drive my focus ~1500 miles a week and always road safe.
I'm not the best at diagnosing issues. Fixing is fun though!

Could this possibly be a spring/shock issue?
