I have 2002 Focus everything was working fine. Car set for 3 days I started it smoke came from under the hood. Smoke was coming from power steering pulley. I cut the belt a had to move the car. I checked the pump and it will spin freely by hand. I’m not sure if it’s the pump or something in the rack. Is there anyway to check the pump and the rack to see which one is bad?
