2007 Ford Focus

Just bought a 2007 Ford Focus with just 76,900 miles from a 92 yr old Lady who's owned it since new.
Yes, I know the lady and that's why I bought it.
Already tuned it, new motor / trans mounts and replaced Alternator.
Any other things I should look at?
