- What I Drive
- 2014 Ford Focus S
I have a 2014 Focus S sedan. The mouldings on both sides of the front windshield keep coming loose. I think the channel that they lock into, Body A-Pillar Trim Panel Insert Clip - Ford (BM5Z-5803179-A), have lost their internal clips. On any given drive, I need to open the window and pop the drivers side moulding down to keep it from flying off.
I've looked on YouTube, downloaded shop manuals, search in general and I cannot find any info on how to replace those parts.
The driver's side one seems to be loose but I don't want to pull to hard on it, I can't tell if this is attached under the glass or just clicks in.
Does anyone have any experience replacing this part?
