Battery cable replacement hard?

Hi, I'm new here.
I'm preparing my mom's 2003 ZX3 for sale and among some other issues, the battery cables look a bit worn (although no issues to date):

Can anyone share their experience in the difficulty in changing this out for new ones?
Need to get under the car etc...?
