2013 Focus SE Hatch - 62k Miles - Automatic - No mods - Clean FL title - Clean car with leather, otherwise 9/10

This guy has the ridiculous dual clutch problem, she shifts hard and rough and barely makes it up to 4th gear. Mint car but not really driveable.
Im on here to figure out what I should do as Im in the car for $1200 -

1) Swap to manual ?
2) Repair and sell ?
3) Part out / Sell as is ?
