I found the 5K978 inner adjustable lower control arm hardware as a Dorman 31918 part, but I'm striking out finding the bolts for the other locations on the rear suspension. I searched and there is a hardware kit available on Ebay, but I can't find one that is based in the US. The kits I found were based in Latvia and I don't want to wait that long for parts.

I found a diagram online for a 2007 Focus where it shows HB1 (1471995) as an M12x65mm. Per the drawing, it looks like there are 8. It doesn't state the thread pitch or the hardness. I'm not sure if it is 1.5 or 1.75 pitch, but 1.75 is most common. 10.9 is the grade of most suspension hardware. HB2 (1471980) as an M12x75mm. Per the drawing, it looks like there are only 2 of these, and they hold the bottom outer control arm to the trailing arm. HB3 (1471994) as an M12x30mm. It looks like there are 4 of these, and they hold the bushing for the front of the trailing arm. I don't know why manufacturers gatekeep the sizes and specifications on fasteners they list as discontinued.

Can anyone confirm the accuracy of the information? I want to order new stuff from the get go because where I am in the rust belt, most of the hardware needs to be replaced when we do suspension work.

I received the hardware and parts I ordered. I was going to start on the job tonight but found the rear K-member rotted out where the rear springs mount. Now I am stuck. I have to find a K-member too. The sub frame part number (with the sway bar on the sedan and coupe) is 8S4Z-5035-A. The bolts I found listed might be from a different year, but I am not sure. W709634-S439 is the ford part number. It looks to be another M12x1.75x75mm long... They are supposed to be torqued to 76 lb-ft. or 103 Nm.
