I'm having an issue with the cooling fan control.

The PCM does not activate either the low-speed or high-speed cooling fan, even when the engine coolant temperature reaches 108°C.

Here are the details:

  1. There are no DTCs related to the cooling fan or its electrical circuits.
  2. The cooling fan operates normally in both low and high speeds during an active test.
  3. When the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor is disconnected, the fan runs at high speed, which indicates the fan circuit and PCM output are functioning.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this issue?

Thanks
