03 ford focus se. When the temperature outside started to get cold , my car on cold start up would idle extremely high for about 5 seconds and then start to settle down. Does not do this in warm weather or after engine is warm. I cleaned the idle air control valve and replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
