2008 Ford Fiesta No Ignition Not Starting

Hi my 2008 ford fiesta is not starting it has a new battery that is at a good voltage I have checked the ground cables and they are good I get no ignition and the steering lock is on the key battery is also ok this is a keyless car there is a humming noise from the dash when I put the clutch down and all the fuses are also good.
Any help would be great as I am tearing my hair out as to why the car won’t start as there appears to be nothing wrong.
