200K?

Wow, congratulations on this milestone!

IN this case - pretty much ALL the clutch "pack" needs to be inspected and even replaced.

The obvious is the housing - then the clutch - the slip plate and flywheel.

This may mean it's easier to buy the entire clutch than to just replace. For the flywheel on down to the throw-out bearing and the Slave cylinder itself - the flywheel itself can form cracks (it's 2022, this is from 2012!) So, 10 years of heat, cool thaw and rinse - takes its toll.

The "leak" has me thinking it's better to replace it all than to try and dig out the reason - unless you can get access to the Slave and see if "brake fluid" is the cause, or if the main oil seal for the Engine or tranny side is going out.

At least sperate the two halves and see if you can find the leak.

Once that source is found then see if the transmission or the engine causes this - then work accordingly.

200,000. Has it ever been shut down long enough to get cold!?
Andy has the correct perspective. Just replace the disc, pp, throw out bearing, slave cylinder, tube and reservoir. You don’t want to spend even one more nickel on the clutch or transmission.
I would probably have the gear oil replaced as well as the axle seals for the cv axles. They are going to be pulling out the axles to get the gearbox out anyway.
That odometer achievement is impressive! If everything else is okay then I would just repair it and keep going. Used cars are so expensive now that you are still better off repairing the one you know than spending much more money on something that might have even bigger issues.

The seals are very inexpensive and easy to install. While the axles are on the floor they shouldn’t have any grease leaks or tears in the rubber boots that protects the cv joints. The joints should be flexible on all of their planes of articulation and not feel loose or have a rough, dry feel.
